PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film coated product having excellent fouling, weather and flexing resistances. SOLUTION: This film coated product is obtained by coating a film substrate with a coating comprising (A) 100 pts.wt. of a vinylic copolymer having the main chain substantially composed of a vinylic copolymer chain and having at least one hydrolysable silyl group bound to carbon atom in the main chain terminal and/or a side chain terminal and/or the side chain in the molecule, (C) 1-100 pts.wt. of a compound having >=2 isocyanate groups and (D) 0.01-10 pts.wt. of a curing catalyst.
