PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of warpage or waviness of a printing paper. SOLUTION: Contact parts 31a of each tension applying part 30 are disposed so as to project outward from the lower end part 2c of a main body case 2 in a state not placed on a printing paper 500. In a state with a paper tension applying mechanism placed on the printing paper 500 by its self weight or by the load P applied by a user, the contact parts 31a are rotated so as to be stored in the main body case 2 by the placing operation.
