PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition having excellent solubility and the low damageability of materials to be washed and excellent detergency against the stains derived from sebum at collars, cuffs and the like. SOLUTION: The detergent composition comprises (A) particles comprising (a) 10-50 wt.% surface active agent, (b) 10-50 wt.% water soluble salts, and (c) 5-50 wt.% water insoluble inorganic substance with a sum of component (a) and component (b) of 40-70 wt.%, (B) cellulase-containing particles having a cellulase release ratio at 20 deg.C after one minute of >=50%, maintaining an activity of the cellulase in the treatment at 80 deg.C for 10 minutes of >=40%, and having an optimum reaction pH of >=7.5, and (C) protease-containing particles having a protease release ratio at 20 deg.C after one minute of 20-98%, the protease being insusceptible to the inhibition of the casein decomposition activity by oleic acid, and the cellulase release ratio of the particles (B) at 20 deg.C after one minute being not smaller than the protease release ratio of the particles (C) at 20 deg.C after one minute.
