PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an agricultural vinyl chloride resin composition excellent in colorability and resistances to heat and weather. SOLUTION: This resin composition is prepared by compounding 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin with (a) 20-120 pts.wt. plasticizer, (b-1) 0.001-10 pts.wt. at least one compound selected from phosphite compounds represented by formula (I) (wherein R is H or a 1-4C alkyl group; R' is a 1-20C alkyl, aryl, alkaryl or aralkyl group; (n) is 0 or 1; and when (n) is 0, then, A is a 1-4C alkylidene group or S and when (n) is 1, then, A is a 1-10C alkanetriyl group), (b-2) 0.001-10 pts.wt. at least one compound selected from phosphite compounds represented by formula (II) (wherein R1 is a 4-30C alkyl group; R2 is a 1-10C alkyl group; (l) and (m) are each 1 or 2 provided (l+m) is 3; and (p) is 0, 1, 2 or 3), (c) 0.01-10 pts.wt. epoxy compound, and (d) 0.1-5 pts.wt. antifogging agent.
