STYRENIC RESIN FOAM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a styrenic resin foam comprising a styrenic resin which is a thermoplastic resin having excellent environmental compatibility, having improved problems of melt deformation and melt dripping during combustion and excellent flame retardance and heat insulating properties. SOLUTION: This styrene resin foam is characterized by comprising a phenolic resin having thermoplasticity in an amount of 1-200 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of a styrene resin.
