PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic having excellent spreadability and extendability in application, not leaving stickiness, having excellent usability and excellent stability. SOLUTION: This cosmetic comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane and (B) a polyether compound of specific structure in which the polyoxyalkylene groups of component (A) and the component (B) are the same and the mixing mass ratio of the component (A) and the component (B) of (A):(B) is 100:0.1 to 100:30. The cosmetic comprises further (C) a silicone oil.
