PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decurler blade capable of solving the problem such as a cross directional deviation and a stage difference to be generated in a process for correcting a paper curl of a wound base paper sheet and having excellent abrasion resistance, a long service life and operation stability. SOLUTION: This decurler blade corrects a paper curl of the wound base paper sheet when rewinding the wound base paper sheet manufactured by a paper machine and cutting to finish into a flat plate. A base material of the decurler blade includes chrome or formed by performing surface treatment with chrome. A nitrided layer formed by performing nitriding to the surface of the base material or from the surface to the inside thereof is provided. This decurler blade is provided with an evaporation coating layer on the nitrided layer. Desirably, the base material of the decurler blade includes chrome of 3-30 wt.%.
