The method involves using a laminar material (7) which consists of two layers (71,73). One layer (71) is prepared and fitted, and the other layer (73) is then arranged on the first layer, in the form of spaced sections (731-733). The distance (x) between the first section (731) and second section (732), and/or between the second section (732) and the third section (733) is smaller than the thickness (d) of the layer (73). The material (7) is then folded together to the roller shutter box.
