NEW BACILLUS CMB26 STRAIN, PRODUCTION OF LIPOPEPTIDE USING CMB26 STRAIN, AND INSECTICIDE OF PLANT PEST CONTAINING CMB26 STRAIN AND/OR LIPOPEPTIDE

PURPOSE: Provided are a new bacillus CMB26 strain, a production of lipopeptide using CMB26 strain, and an insecticide of plant pests containing CMB26 strain and/or lipopeptide as active ingredients, thereby preventing ecological destruction. CONSTITUTION: The new bacillus CMB26 strain(KFCC-11289) has 16s rRNA having a distinctive nucleotide sequence, wherein the nucleotide sequence of 1-320 bases has 99.6% of homology to bacillus subtilis and the nucleotide sequence of 321-1501 bases has 99.7% of homology to B. thuringiensis; total nucleotide sequence has 95.6% of homology to Bacillus sp. and 96.7% of homology to B. cereus group. It produce antibacterial substance, lipopeptide having a molecular weight of 1081, 1073, 1067, 1095 Da and 1463, 1499, 1477, 1485, 1491 Da.
