PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a colorant having high heat resistance with slight discoloration at high temperature by using a new fluoflavine pigment excellent in chromatic properties in particular coloring power, clearness and heat resistance. SOLUTION: This colorant is characterized by comprising a pigment shown by the general formula (1) [wherein, R1 to R4 are each H, a halogen atom, OH, a carboxylic acid group or (halogen-substituted) 1-3C alky, (halogen- substituted) 1-3C alkoxy or (halogen-substituted) phenyl] and having a specific surface area of 10-50 m<2> /g and a thermoplastic resin. |
