PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device with which high-speed printing is possible, while preventing sticking between pieces of recording paper on a paper- ejecting tray, and to provide a processing method in the imaging device. SOLUTION: In the device, the type of the recording paper is determined by a paper-type sensor 21. When the recording paper is determined as being an OHT paper, sticking of the pieces of OHT paper after ejection is prevented by stopping the recording paper in its carrying path immediately, before being ejected, and cooled by air, and then the carrying and ejecting are resumed, as shown by the thick line in the diagram. |
