<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement data processor which can easily and efficiently search a measurement result data or various kinds of information data. SOLUTION: When a measurement condition is inputted by a measurement condition input part 1, a measuring part 2 acquires a data and the obtained data is stored in the memory storage area of a data storage part 5. In addition, a result data of an object to be measured is read by the measuring part 2, and it is judged by a measurement data judging part 4. Furthermore, a record preparation part 6 compiles the data including the result data to prepare a record, and a file name assigning part 7 assigns the record data to a file name according to the prepared record data and a measurement result data memory part 8 stores it. Next, a file research part 10 searches a desired file among the data stored in the measurement result data memory part 8, and a data summing part 11 sums up the assigned record data.</p> |
