PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning apparatus for preventing the occurrence of wrong announcements of fire due to a trouble of a room temperature detecting means, enabling release the wrong announcement when the announcement is found, and enable to execute proper decision of a fire which does not influenced by installation environment of the air-conditioning apparatus. SOLUTION: The air-conditioning device is constituted to carry out a step S110, where a plurality of fire deciding setting temperatures F1 and F2 are set; steps S130 and S131 where the room temperature T detected by a room- temperature detecting means is compared with fire decision setting temperatures F1 and F2; steps 140 and 141 where respective different abnormality signals are emitted according to the abnormal states; and a step S150 where information on a trouble of the room-temperature detecting means (sensor abnormality) or decision of a fire is transmitted.
