PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability or quality retention in a double spindle hinge device used between a body part such as video camera and a liquid crystal screen display part by regulating the automatic rotating position of the screen display part when folding and superposing it to the body part to avoid the damage of the screen display part or wiring.
