PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a cooling function to a simple blower by applying a thermoelectric module using the Peltier effect to an existing blower. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric cooler comprises the thermoelectric module that is composed by a thermoelectric element for absorbing or generating heat at a junction section along the directionality of a current flowing to the junction section of two different metals, a blowing fan for feeding cooled air at the heat absorption side to a desired location, and a motor for giving rotation force to the blowing fan.
