摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helical blade for a PFA(perfluoroalkoxy) resin compressor having superior dimension accuracy, surface smoothness, fatigue resistance, and sliding characteristics and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the helical blade for the compressor is characterized in that a helical blade is molded by injection molding by combining an inorganic filler with a tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer (PFA resin) having a -CH2 OH terminal group and without stabilizing the terminal group, using the PFA composite resin with fluidity 15 g/10 min. or more in an MFR(Melt Flow Rate) value, and heat-treated under a temperature 280-300 deg.C for not less than 10 hours and not more than 300 hours. This method can provide the PFA composite blade for the resin helical compressor having the improved molecular weight expressed in the MFR value, 10 g/10 min. or less.
