PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational speed control device of a mixer of a soil improving machine, which can bring about arbitrary quality of improved soil. SOLUTION: The rotational speed control device of the mixer of the soil improving machine for mixing and improving soil to be improved is provided constitutionally with a mixing machine which mixes the soil to be improved by rotating, a driving means which rotates and drives the mixing machine, a control means which controls a rotational speed of the driving means according to an input rotational speed command value, a working mode setting means which outputs a working mode signal for setting the kind of the soil to be improved, and a controller which outputs the rotational speed command value, complying with the working mode signal, to the control means.
