PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect health by developing a means for taking balance of caloric content of a meal and exercise in these modern days when diseases caused by fatness are increased due to the modernization of economy and changes in a life style in advanced countries and developing countries, and to protect a society in a near future by searching a clue to an emergency solving measure for difficult problems taken over from the 20th century such as excessive dependence on an automobile society causing crises of resource exhaustion and global warming due to the consumption expansion of fossil fuel and discharge expansion of carbon dioxide and a danger of weapons of mass destruction. SOLUTION: A two-wheel body (front driving) H10 is constituted of a handle H11 for repeating a reciprocating rotation by vertical motion of a grasping part H12 which is inserted into the upper end of a driving rod H14 of a front wheel 17 so as to make a center part rotatable and substantially vertically provided from both ends and a driving means H21 for converting the reciprocating rotation of the handle H11 into driving of the front wheel H17 in the forwarding direction. As a result, a total body exercise of a pedal operation of the lower half of the body and a handle vertical operation of the upper half of the body makes up for the lack of exercise, traveling by the two-wheel body is enabled on a sloping road to a station and the dependence on the automobile society having a large quantity of resources consumption and exhaust of carbon dioxide is reduced.
