PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable high-molecular weight tetraalkoxysilane condensation product having controlled polymer structure and a few residual amount of monomer, a method for producing the above condensation product and cured product of the condensation product. SOLUTION: There are provided a tetraalkoxysilane condensation product, a method for producing the condensation product and cured product of the condensation product. The tetraalkoxysilane condensation product is obtained by forming a reaction mixture containing a tetraalkoxysilane represented by the formula Si(OR<2> )4 (R<2> is a 1-4C alkyl group) and an organic solvent in an amount of 1.5-2.5 mol, an acid catalyst in an amount of 0.08-0.12 mol and water in an amount of 1.6-1.8 mol based on 1 mol tetraalkoxysilane under conditions in which the liquid temperature is retained at <=10 deg.C while flowing an inert gas having <=5 deg.C dew point into an apparatus in which an inside gas is substituted with the inert gas having <=5 deg.C dew point at >=40 deg.C and heating the liquid reaction mixture to 60-130 deg.C while flowing the inert gas having <=5 deg.C dew point into the apparatus.
