PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an after processor for paper sheet which can attain miniaturization and surely conform the paper sheet by an inexpensive constitution. SOLUTION: A paper sheet conveyed, after its rear end passes beyond a guide pawl 104, is returned to the upstream by a tapping roller 105, and at the same time a bottom plate 110 is driven to a lower side, and the paper sheet is fed to a lower side of the guide pawl 104, to be conformed, thereafter the bottom plate 110 is driven to an upper side, to hold the conformed paper interposed between the bottom plate 110 and the guide pawl 104.
