PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in conventional straightening vanes wherein the vortex generated at a downstream side end part of the straightening vane located at an upstream side is collided with an upstream end part of the straightening vane located at a downstream side and reflected, its pressure wave is fed-back to the vortex generated from the downstream end part of the straightening vane at the upstream side, and exerts an influence to generate the strong vortex, then the strong vortex acts as a sound source, and the sound source resonates with a structural body of a duct, which causes the big noise and vibration. SOLUTION: In this structure of straightening vanes mounted at intervals along a channel inside of a duct for partitioning the channel, an upstream end face of the channel of the straightening vane is inclined, a downstream end face of the channel of the straightening vane is recessed, or the downstream surface of the channel of the straightening vane is provided with grooves at unequal intervals.
