PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping pile which is safe, exhibits effect on growth of plants and elimination of noxious insects, and is produced at a low cost. SOLUTION: In production of the clamping pile 1, a head portion 3 is formed at the top of a pile body 2, and a lower end of the pile body 2 is sharpened to form a insertion portion 4. Then, a vertical hole 6 is formed in the pile body 2 form the head portion 3 of the pile body 2, and horizontal holes 7 are formed in the pile body 2 in a manner communicating with the vertical hole 6. The clamping pile 1 is an injection-molded product formed of impalpable powder of organic waste and a biodegradable resin. Further, oxygen, fertilizer, and agents 8 can be fed to roots of plants via the vertical and horizontal holes 6, 7, which contributes to growth of plants and protection of the same from noxious insects. In addition, the clamping pile 1 is formed only of the biodegradable resin and the organic waste, and therefore it can be decomposed into the earth in a short period of time, to thereby enhance the safety thereof.
