PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly carry in and out a file holder to/from housing parts. SOLUTION: The file holder F forming a locking hole in a spine part is placed and housed in the respective housing parts 6 of a housing rack in a vertical attitude of turning the spine downward, and when taking out the file holder F from the housing parts 6, a locking pin 53 is advanced under the file holder F. Then, the locking pin 53 is lifted, and the locking pin 53 is rushed in the locking hole of the file holder F. Afterwards, the locking pin 53 is retreated so that the file holder F is pulled out of the housing parts 6.
