PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a flocked product showing softness when touched with a finger or the like and having a higher grade feeling while keeping the excellent feel and high design effect. SOLUTION: An uneven part 16, which has recessed parts 17 preferably having a depth of 20-200μm and preferably extending at random at an interval of 0.5-5 mm, is formed to the outer surface of an elastic material 13 (unevenness forming process). A base material is injection-molded on one surface of the elastic material 13 to be integrated with the elastic material 13. An adhesive is applied to the surface of the elastic material 13 to form an adhesive layer and a fluff material is flocked on the adhesive layer before the adhesive layer is cured (flocking process).
