PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing food storage containers is provided to improve workability and productivity by stopping container collection panels and penetrating thus fixing both sides of the container collection panels to automatically adjust position of the container collection panels and easily replace upper and lower pressing plates. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for fixing food storage containers a belt adjusting means which horizontally transfers container collection panels(1) to a ring belt(158) and adjusts height of the ring belt; a cutoff plate for cutting off or opening transfer of the container collection panels by vertically moving the container collection panels transferred by the ring belt using cylinder shaft of stopping cylinder; upper and lower pressing plates for fixing the food storage containers of the container collection panels transferred by the ring belt by vertically pressing container fixing female grooves(122) and container fixing protrusions formed on the bottom and upper side of the food storage containers respectively; upper and lower cylinders upper and lower cylinder shafts(114,126) of which are fixed to upper and lower fixing plates connected to the backside of the upper and lower pressing plates so as to vertically operate the upper and lower pressing plates; upper and lower guide shafts which are transferred by guiding of upper and lower bearings formed on both sides of the upper and lower cylinders, and which subsidiarily guide action of the upper and lower pressing plates; a clamping means for pressing the container collection panels from the upside, thereby penetrating container fixing pins into the container collection panels to fix the container collection panels in the state that the container fixing pins fixed to pin fixing members are contacted with both sides of the container collection panels fixed by the upper and lower pressing plates; and upper and lower guiders which are installed at upper and lower parts of a chain(101) to guide movement of the chain in the state that vertical flow of the chain is prevented by supporting protrusions of the chain inserted into upper and lower guider grooves.
