PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly install a panel-installing component to a panel material without increasing the number of components with no play, and to reduce a production cost. SOLUTION: Counter faces of one side wall 30a and the other side wall 30b of a mold forming part 41 forming a panel sandwiching groove 28A are alternately formed with plural projecting parts 29a, 29b along the longitudinal direction of the panel sandwiching groove 28A. An interval t3 between most adjacent parts of both the side walls 30a, 30b including the projecting parts 29a, 29b is set to be not less than a lowermost mold thickness t0 of a mold, and an interval t4 between a top face 31a of the projecting part 29a of one side wall 30a of the panel sandwiching groove 28A and a top face 31b of the projecting part 29b of the other side wall 30b in the groove width direction is set to not more than a thickness t2 of a waist flange 10 composed of the panel material. The waist flange 10 is certainly sandwiched by the projecting parts 29a, 29b on both sides, and gives no hindrance to the molding of the panel sandwiching groove 28A by the molding. |
