PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink ribbon capable of reducing a running cost by increasing the number of cycles of ink parts of different colors, a ribbon cassette using this ink ribbon, and a thermal transfer printer capable of reducing the number of times of replacing the ribbon cassette by using this ribbon cassette. SOLUTION: The ink ribbon 3 comprises a plurality of ink parts 4 of different colors in a longitudinal direction. The ink parts 4 have different light reflectivities. Boundaries 4a of the ink parts 4 are formed to be contacted with each other. Accordingly, the number of cycles of the ink parts 4 can be increased, and the running cost of the ribbon 3 can be reduced. |
