PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deflection scanner of such a structure that is excellent in operation stability with a lightweight and inexpensive constitution. SOLUTION: A housing member 15 formed by integrally bonding a stationary sleeve 7 and a circuit board 16 constituting a bearing section is composed of a liquid crystal polymer resin. This housing member 15 is fastened and fixed to the circuit board 16 by means of self-tapping screws 19.
