PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mark transferring technique utilizing a coating film transferring technique on various kinds of marks consisting of characters, symbols, figures, their combination or the like. SOLUTION: In a mark transferring tape T, transferring marks M having heat sensitive adhesion are continuously at a certain interval and peelably arranged and held on the surface of a base material tape 15 and, at the same time, sensible recesses 60 indicating the marking-off position of the transferring mark are arranged between respective transferring marks. In response to the recesses 60, positioning projections 61 to be engaged with the sensible recesses 60 of the mark transferring tape T are provided in the tape running part of a transfer head H so as to employ the catching phenomena of the running action of the mark transferring tape T due to the engagements between both the recesses 60 and the projections 61 as a transferring standard in order to realize the precise transferring of the transferring mark M of the mark transferring tape T to a portion to be corrected. |
