PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of an abnormal picture stained with powdery paper or the like by removing foreign matters included in recycled toner. SOLUTION: In an electrophotographic device where a powder pump is used as a carrying means to carry toner recovered by a cleaning means and the toner is recycled in a developing means, a removing means which removes foreign matters included in the toner is provided in the powder pump. |
