PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair treatment agent for cosmetics and scalp comprising a comb-shaped copolymer based on an acryloyldimethyl taurine acid. SOLUTION: This hair treatment agent for the cosmetic and scalp comprises at least one of water-soluble or a water-swellable copolymer obtained by carrying out radical copolymerization of (A) acryloyldimethyl tauric acid, etc., (B) another olefinically unsaturated noncationic comonomer, etc., (C) an olefinically unsaturated cationic comonomer, etc., (D) a radically polymerizable silicon- containing component, etc., (E) a radically polymerizable fluorine-containing component, etc., and carrying out the copolymerization in the presence of (G) at least one of polymeric additive having 200-10<9> g/mol number-average molecular weight and performing the copolymerization (H) under preconditions that the component (A) is copolymerized with at least one selected from the group of the components (D) to (G). |
