PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent enlargement in size of a device total unit, by suppressing enlargement in size of an arm part and a drive source in an after processing means and suppressing complication or the like of a drive mechanism in the after processing means. SOLUTION: Part of a space occupied by a carry-in means (guide 55) bringing in a sheet S1 and part of a space occupied in the case of moving by an after processing means (stapler 54) applying an after process to a sheet S2 on an after processing tray (after processed sheet loading base 52) are made on the same space.
