PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic combustion control system capable of introducing a high ACC in small/intermediate scale refuse incinerating facilities having no boiler facility and realizing optimizing of a combustion management or labor saving in a continuous operation. SOLUTION: A combustion control system of a refuse incinerator having no boiler facility comprises a stoker provided in a bottom of the incinerator and having a plurality of zones for moving the refuse to be burned from an inlet side to an outlet side in the incinerator, and a duct for supplying primary combustion air from a lower side of the stoker at each of the plurality of the zones via an air amount regulating damper. This combustion control system is applied to the refuse incinerator having no boiler utilizing a waste heat. The combustion control system further comprises a generated heat amount control unit for regulating a primary combustion air amount distribution ratio of each zone based on a heat amount deviation between an estimated generated heat amount and a generated heat amount target value by estimating the generated heat amount in the incinerator based on a previously decided algorithm.
