PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified silicone-type sealant exhibiting little surface tack and good weathering resistance. SOLUTION: Use is made of a silicone type sealant composition for building mainly consisting of (A) a rubber type organic polymer having Si-bonded hydroxy groups and/or hydrolyzable groups and having at least one Si-containing group capable of being crosslinked by forming a siloxane bond, (B) a polysulfide polyether polymer, and (C) a polyfunctional organosilane containing a bis(alkoxysilylorgano) polysulfide.
