PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reciprocatably carry a carrying object, vertically carry the carrying object by penetrating through a different story, transfer the horizontally carried carrying object, and discharge the lifted carried carrying object in a carrying device for transferring the carrying object in the opposite direction by a passage opposed by winding an endless belt on pulleys. SOLUTION: The belt 3 is wound on a pair of pulleys 1 and 2 arranged in the vertical direction. An overhang part 4 of a right-angled triangle shape is formed of a sash bar 5 and a sash bar holding member 6, and can be rocked with a right-angled part 4a of the overhang part 4 as a starting point. A horizontally carrying part 21 for horizontally carrying a case B is arranged on a surface for transferring the overhang part 4 downward from above. A transfer member D having a transfer pulley 22 and a transfer arm 23 is arranged between the part 21 and the belt 3.
