PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distributor for a four-wheel drive vehicle equipped with a center differential gear with the axial dimension equal to that of a part-time type two-wheel/four-wheel drive changeover mechanism. SOLUTION: The planetary gear type center differential gear 61 is provided adjacently to a driving member 14 rotatably mounted to a rear wheel output shaft 2 and connected to a front wheel output shaft 3, and a differential lock mechanism 73 for selectively locking the center differential gear is provided on the outer peripheral side of a ring gear 66. A differential carrier 65 of the center differential gear is connected to the driving member 14, and a first spline 67 is provided at the outer peripheral part of the ring gear 66. The differential carrier 65 is provided with a second spline 68 of the same diameter as the first spline 67, and a sleeve 69 is slidably provided at the first spline 67.
