PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper conveying slitter device facilitating the position adjustment of slitter units. SOLUTION: This paper conveying slitter device is provided with the slitter units 81a, 81b, 82 arranged on both sides of a paper conveying path movably in the cross direction of the paper conveying path where paper is conveyed, to cut the paper; guide members 85, 86 arranged on the lower side of the paper conveying path along the paper conveying path within the moving regions of the slitter units 81a, 81b, 82 in the cross direction of the paper conveying path, and supported at one end rotatably around a vertical axis to the paper conveying path; and an energizing means 88 for resiliently energizing the guide members 85, 86 so as to extend almost in the paper conveying direction.
