PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure hose for gas capable of easily exchanging a strainer for removing foreign matters in the gas. SOLUTION: A high-pressure gas vessel is connected to a gas pressure regulator via a high-pressure hose for gas, and the gas in the high-pressure gas vessel is supplied to the gas pressure regulator. A nipple 45 is fitted to an end of the high-pressure hose 12 on the side to be connected to the high-pressure gas vessel, and the strainer 50 is disposed on an inlet of a gas flow passage 51 in the nipple. The strainer is held by a holder 52 to close the gas flow passage 51, and the strainer is fitted in an attachable/detachable manner when the high- pressure hose 12 is detached from the high-pressure gas vessel.
