Multi-port random access memory

摘要

A multiport random access memory comprises memory cells arranged in m rows by n columns. The cells of each column are commonly coupled to a set of M data paths whereby data access is provided to the cells. A path select mechanism determines data paths so that data accessing is enabled via selected paths and is disabled via non-selected paths.
