PURPOSE: An apparatus for drying agricultural and marine products is provided to uniformly dry a large amount of objects even in a narrow space, and to facilitate the change of the objects to be dried by means of a lifting transfer device. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for drying agricultural and marine products is divided into a drying chamber, and a hot wind circulating chamber. The drying chamber is separably coupled with the drying chamber, and contains a plurality of drying plates(11) stacked in multi-layers therein. A pair of fasteners are attached to both ends of the drying plate so as to allow a user to easily extract it out of the drying chamber by using a drying plate puller.
