PURPOSE: A leveling structure for an incline of a breakwater using a hollow block is provided to reduce the period and costs of construction and to protect operators from danger. CONSTITUTION: The leveling structure for an incline of a breakwater using a hollow block comprises the steps of forming many anchor bolts(5) on four corners of a hollow block(4) to be projected, interposing anchor bolts(5) to through holes(6a) of an H-beam column(6), then coupling with nuts(7), placing the hollow block(4) over a riprap incline, connecting hollow blocks(4) to the incline vertically and horizontally by interposing anchor bolts(5) into through holes(6a) of an H-beam column(6) corresponding to the anchor bolts(5) of the hollow block(4) adjacent to a bent of the riprap incline and the H-beam column(6), and filling up the inside of the hollow block(4) and a space between the hollow block(4) and the block with riprap.
