PURPOSE: A bracket mounted with a dynamic damper using ER(Endoplasmic Reticulum)-fluid is provided to reduce noise efficiently and to improve the structure. CONSTITUTION: A bracket mounted with a dynamic damper using ER-fluid includes a connecting plate(43) installed to a side of the bracket, an elastic case(45) installed to the connecting plate, ER-fluid(47) in the elastic case, a dynamic damper(40) equipped with a mass(49) coupled to the elastic case, an accelerometer installed to a side of the bracket, and an ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(60) controlling the dynamic damper and accelerometer. The accelerometer measures acceleration of vibration transmitted from a vibration generator. The ECU is connected with the ER-fluid by a positive pole(61) and a ground pole(63) and connected with the accelerometer by a lead wire. The ECU analyzes the scale of vibration by the vibration acceleration measured from the accelerometer and applies voltage through the positive pole so that the ER-fluid may have viscosity to be able to reduce vibration.
