METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR BLOWING COMBUSTIBLE DUST IN WASTE MELTING FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for blowing a combustible dust in a waste melting furnace capable of preventing a wear of a gas blowing duct or an abnormal combustion and easily replacing the gas blowing duct. SOLUTION: A gas blowing duct 2 connected to a tuyere 1 is formed in a double pipe structure. An inner duct 3 is installed in such a manner as to enable gas to convey the combustible dust at a low flowing speed of about 12 m/s and to form passage 5 between the inner duct 3 and an outer duct 4 conducting an oxygen-enriched supply at a high flowing speed of about 20 to 30 m/s. Further, the inner duct 3 is connected to the end of the outer duct via a flange 3 so that the duct 3 can be externally removed without removing a tuyere body needing to be stopped for a long period of the facility.
