PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric porcelain composition which has a high Qu value, εr (dielectric constant) of about 10 to 30 and a small absolute value of τf, and is burnable at <=950 deg.C. SOLUTION: A dielectric porcelain composition containing a first component and a second component (25 to 80 wt.%) is used. The first component is multiple oxide expressed by the compositional formula of xZrO2 -yTiO2 -zL(1+u)/3 M(2-u)/3 O2 (L is at least one kind of element selected from the groups consisting of Mg, Zn, Co and Mn; M is at least one element selected from the groups consisting of Nb and Ta; and, (x), (y), (z) and (u) are numerical values expressed by x+y+z=1, 0.10<=x<=0.60, 0.20<=y<=0.60, 0.01<=z<=0.70, and 0<=u<=1.90). The second component is a glass composition containing the oxide of at least one kind of element selected from the groups consisting of Si, B, Al, Ba, Ca, Sr, Zn, Ti, La and Nd. |
