<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of rubber-lined work gloves excellent in air permeability, holding performance, flexibility, and workability, capable of being easily produced in production processes, and having high quality, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide equipment for the same. SOLUTION: This method for producing a pair of the rubber-lined gloves comprises fastening a pair of hosiery gloves 1 to a planar hand-shaped pattern 2, setting the planar hand-shaped pattern 2 to a press machine having a forming mold 5 and a heater plate 6 together with unvulcanized rubber sheets 3, 4, adhering together the rubber sheets and simultaneously cutting away shapes of the back of the hand and excessive areas from the rubber sheets, and conducting hot vulcanization of the rubber sheets with three-dimensionally forming hand-shaped patterns 9 to form the gloves, wherein the upper surface of the forming mold 5 is equipped with cavities A, outer and inner cutter blades C, D used for cutting the rubber sheets, and the heater plate 6 is positioned above the forming mold 5 and equipped with a resin plate 7 at the bottom.</p> |
