PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for environment control available, e.g. for the control of temperature in the inside of an automobile by appropriately deciding user's conditions and taking necessary processes therefor. SOLUTION: Conditions of a human body (e.g., health conditions, psychological conditions) is detected, on the basis of a surface temperature distribution of the human body by thermography, and treatment is given which corresponds to the condition.
