PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blackboard, a defect intrinsic to which or the tendency of the leaving of the erasion mark of a chalk is improved and the erasability of which is favorable even when a calcium carbonate chalk is employed for writing. SOLUTION: Embossing is applied from one side of a plastic film having a predetermined thickness, on the side opposite to the one, on which the embossing is applied, a writing layer made of an ionizing radiation curable resin is provided.
