PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an environment-friendly durable inorganic coating composition having improved hydrophobicity of the silica base without impairing essential performances of the silica base by adding a specified amount of a specified compound to a conventionally known silica-based coating. SOLUTION: This environment response type extreme durable inorganic coating composition is characterized in that an aqueous resin composition comprising a (meth)acrylic acid ester-based polymer emulsion as a film-forming material and a colloidal silica is mixed with about 10 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. as the basis for a solid content based on 100 pts.wt. of the film-forming material of a toluene-free silicone-based reaction type water repellent and further 300-1,000 wt.% based on the solid content standard of a mixture of the aqueous resin composition and the reaction type water repellent of an inorganic substance.
