PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a swinging angle of an upper half mechanism part 22 in a swinging mechanism wherein the upper half mechanism part 22 is swung with respect to a lower half mechanism part 21 by pivottaly supporting a lower end part of the upper half mechanism part 22 on an upper end part of the lower half mechanism part 21. SOLUTION: A worm wheel 23 is disposed on the lower half mechanism part 21, and a worm 24 is disposed on the upper half mechanism part 22. The worm wheel 23 and the worm 24 are engaged to each other. The worm 24 is rotatably driven by a motor 25 disposed on the upper half mechanism part 22. Thus, the upper half mechanism part 22 is swung.
