PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the electric circuit of an electromotor is cut off when a safety door is opened during mold opening and closing, power failure is generated or emergent stop is required, in an electromotive injection molding machine and a movable plate can be stopped, but, when a servo motor is not stopped by some trouble, only a mechanical drop bar functions and there is anxiety from an aspect of the ensurance of safety and, further, the mechanical drop bar can not be stopped at any position. SOLUTION: The safety device utilizing oil pressure is constituted so that a member having a piston and a member having a hydraulic chamber divided into two by the piston are arranged to the movable plate and the pressure receiving plate of a mold clamping device and, further, the hydraulic chamber divided into two is connected to a pipeline through a hydraulic valve to form a hydraulic closed circuit and, when an emergency stop button is pushed in such a case that the safety door is opened during mold opening and closing, power failure is generated or emergent stop is required, the hydraulic oil of the closed circuit is cut off by the hydraulic valve to stop the movable plate.
